HOLES IN INDIAN JUDICIARY SYSTEM

ENTERING INTO THE HOLES OF INDIA JUDICIARY SYSTEM:

India, being a democratic nation gives so much of privilege for its citizens; we still have a few darker sides of the Indian judiciary system. The major draw back in the Indian judiciary is the successful task completion of the death sentences. It has more to do with the Indian economy.

Indian economy is much affected due by offering death sentences to criminals...Wondered??? There are many problems in completing a death sentence successfully. Today there are more than 50 cases in pending for death sentence. What are the problems that the Indian judiciary faces in completing the punishments successfully?

The Human Rights says that declaring death sentence for an individual as a criminal should be the “rarest among the rarest case”. But it really makes us to think what’s the problem in executing this rarest issue in the judiciary system. When its going to be the real rarest situation ,why should be an appeal for the judgment of death sentence ? And things proceed up-to filing a mercy petition to  the president of India which itself makes the fact pellucid that the judges at the lower hierarchy are not confident in their judgment.

The main problems  in executing a death sentence is

i)                    The jobs for execution of death sentence in India always remain vacant as no one volunteers for it (OOPS!!!Still unemployment prevails in India ……….)

ii)                  Special ropes are brought from foreign countries as they have special criteria of executing the punishment without the break of nervous system or bones of the criminal

iii)                More  money in crores are being spent in securing the criminals till the execution of punishments. (India still need to pay so much to the World bank…..)

Now the things discussed earlier clearly matches with KASAB,The  Only living soul of the terrorist,mainly a  Pakistani  who was responsible for the 26/11 attack in Mumbai where we lost the lives of several innocent lives.The judgement in his regard is a privilege for our judiciary system.But still the execution still remains a question mark ….

Where is the Indian Judiciary marching towards???The every minute pore in the laws and bills let the criminal rate to reach the peak…

In the 21st century, we are finding new ways to create life and prolong life. But we still can’t make up our minds about whether it is right, ethical or good to take someone’s life, even when it is dignified by a court of law

SCAM!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!! all over....

In one way the nation is united to the core. ….SCAMS…takes place irrespective of the fields…..irrespective of the political party…irrespective of the background of the person….irrespective of the caste, creed, and gender etc….wow!!!!!! All play an equal role for the contribution to various rip-offs of the nation.  

Today, it has been a trend in all news channels that they initiate with the scams and scandal news taking place in all fields of the nation recently. It is a disgrace and humiliation for a developing nation like us.

Scams in the telecom ministry- the 2G spectrum, scams in the army, scams in the state by the chief minister of karnataka , CWG scam and what not?......

The shocking and the worrying factor is that these people are not stopping with this. They give pressure on CBI, CAG the top detective agencies and are not allowing them to do their duty completely which force them to submit a wrong report in favor of the illegal person which adds on to the further shame for our nation. Even if these organizations give valuable reports they are ignored…forced of getting ignored and unnoticed!!!Further the power and influence that these people have, subsides the opportunity of punishing them by the higher officials of the nation.

THERE MUST BE NO MORE DELAY in punishing such illegal people of the nation. Mistakes can be reduced only when laws and punishments become severe. This shows that we have followed a wrong administrative system all these 60 years…… (We are taken aback …….)

 It is a technique of cheating the people and the media by just submitting the resignation letter to the prime minister of the nation. Just by resigning, the losses of 1.76 crores are not going to be settled back!!!!!! Taken is taken forever.

Understand!!!

These ministers are sent as the representatives of the nation ,to the parliament for the welfare of the people ,whereas they ensure that they earn money illegally for their next two generations….IT IS A SHAME FOR ALL THE CITIZENS OF THE NATION …IT’S A SHAME TO EVERY ONE OF US BECAUSE WE WERE THE ONE WHO NOMINATED THEM..

Note: Didn’t these incidents make us smile sarcastically when we recall the words of AMERICAN PRESIDENT at our parliament recently? He quoted as “ India is a democratic country which is known for its administration , and its election where every move is transparent and people select their leaders correctly . And so India is a well developed country ….”

The nation is developed in all categories...of course in the field of scams too…….Wake up people!!!!!!

OBAMA'S VISIT TO INDIA

The three days trip of MR.PRESIDENT (6^th president visiting India)   to India has its own pros and cons… Investigating it in deep,  the initial opening was a noteworthy mile stone in the Indian history. This stay was the most anticipated moment for many days for the Indians.

The arrangement for safety measures made by both our nation and the Americans was also outstanding. Thousands of ships were anchored at the marine shores of India. Mumbai gave an extravagant and spectacular look for its own residents. Around 900 crores were invested by the Americans for the preparations which include the Taj hotel arrangement. 

MICHELLE IN DEEWALI CELEBRATION

The deepawali celebrations with the school children especially the dance, the meeting with the college students accompanied with the smiling face of the hot sun and the amazing and extraordinary speech in the parliament were a testimony for the Indians as well as to the billion Indian Americans’ culture and ethnicity. The FIRST LADY also proved herself remarkable in all her activities in our nation and stayed in the hearts of every Indian citizen.

But we must also consider the other side of an American’s mind. The financial headquarters (MUMBAI) of our country attracted and concerned the president more than the capital (DELHI)  of the country which satisfied his business mind of making a strong platform for selling the American aircrafts and many more. 

Obama bows to INDIAN PARLIAMENT

The platform was made stronger by appreciating India, its history and the citizens to the core which excited all the citizens of INDIA. Of course his speech without a paper in his hand having a clear idea on SWAMI VIVEKANANDA , GANDHI and the closing note with "JAI HIND"  was really  remarkable proving once again that he is a always a good orator .But  the welcome address and vote of thanks WHICH TOOK 5 TO 10 MINUTES delivered   by our Indians in the parliament required pages and pages of papers used to see and read the contents. What are these   aiming to prove ?? People should really think where are we marching towards?

The effect of the visit of any president to a nation can be realized only after 6 months. It is expected that the visit of MR.PRESIDENT would be a boon to the IT industry and bring up more employment opportunities for Indians. Lets wait and see whether this visit is a boon or bane to India after 6 months.

OBAMA LIFTED HIS LEG FOR DANCE IN INDIA….SURE THAT HE WILL  NOT PULL DOWN INDIA’S LEG AT ANY CAUSE AND COST ..EXPECTING SOME POSTIVE OUTCOMES OF THE VISIT….:)
